Responsibilities
Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:
- Performing home service work
- Meeting with homeowners
- Preparing estimates
- Selling projects
- Building relationships with clients
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Managing projects
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Growing recurring maintenance accounts
- Building relationships with realtors, investors, HOAs, and property managers
- Helping recruit additional team members as we grow
Who We're Looking For

- Have experience in construction or home services
- Enjoy working with customers
- Can communicate professionally
- Are self-motivated
- Want to help grow a business
- Think like an owner
- Enjoy solving problems
- Are dependable and reliable
Sales experience is a plus.
Construction experience is a plus.
