1. COMPANY DRIVER (Solo / Team)
Mile-Based (CPM):
Solo: 0.70 - 0.75 CPM
Team: 0.80 - 0.95 CPM
Percentage-Based:
Solo: 30% - 32% of gross
Team: 35% - 37% of gross
2. LEASE DRIVER (Solo / Team)
Solo: $1741/week (+ mileage)
Team: $1776/week (+ mileage)
12% DSP service fee applies
3. OWNER OPERATORS (Solo / Team)
Solo: $765/week
Team: $800/week
12% DSP service fee applies
Fleet: 400+ trucks (Volvo, Pitterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, Western Star 2023-2027)

- ValidClass A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Min 5-6 months of proven experience as a CDL Driver
- Medical Card: Must possess a current DOT physical medcard
Wage Range: 0.65 - 0.80 per mile
