Things To Know and Requirements:
This position requires physical activity such as lifting, squatting, and standing for extended periods throughout the shift. Management will review essential job functions, defined as the fundamental duties required to support restaurant success.
Schedules are based on business needs; therefore, hours are not guaranteed.
All team members will:
- Serve customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, Five Priority Guidelines, Remedy Process, and Telephone and Front Counter procedures
- Prepare high-quality products consistently by following Little Caesars® recipes, specifications, and procedures (CARDS materials and certification programs)
- Maintain a professional image in alignment with the employee handbook and management expectations
- Keep workstations clean and organized to meet brand standards
- Follow all safety, food safety, and security procedures
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
Additional Responsibilities by Role:
Crew Member:
- Focus on food prep, customer service, and maintaining a clean environment
- Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts
Shift Leader:
- Oversee shifts and support daily operations
- Assist with training and mentoring crew members
- Ensure product quality, service standards, and efficiency during shifts
Assistant Manager:
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
- Help manage scheduling, inventory, and team performance
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and operational standards
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and ability to have fun at work
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 55 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to squat, crouch, bend, and twist as needed
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- (Shift Leader & Assistant Manager) Prior leadership or food service experience preferred
