Selected applicant will work on average 20-25 hours per week (hours will vary as needed with potential for full time).
Primary responsibilities
- Assist Manager with organizing paperwork from field employees. Paperwork includes bill of ladings, drill logs, reports, employee records that will be sent to the corporate office.
- Assist with pricing updates.
- Tracking, verification and recalculation of invoices
- Assist in reviewing and correcting employee timecards
- On-Site assistance with HR questions and resolving with corporate office
- Answering phone
