Job Title: Marketing & Data Entry Specialist
Location: JD Tires & Auto Repair – Mesa, AZ
Job Summary:
JD Tires & Auto Repair is looking for an organized, creative, and detail-driven team member to handle two key parts of our business: keeping our records accurate and growing our presence online. This role is a mix of behind-the-scenes data entry and front-facing marketing — perfect for someone who likes variety and can switch between spreadsheets and social media without missing a beat.
Responsibilities
Data Entry & Records
- Enter customer, vehicle, and repair order information into the shop management system
- Process invoices, estimates, and purchase orders
- Update inventory and parts records
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors
- Organize and maintain digital and paper files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and answering phones when needed
- Support the office team with general administrative tasks
Marketing & Social Media
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and other platforms
- Create photos, videos, and promotional content for posts
- Plan and run marketing campaigns to bring in new customers
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer messages
- Manage email and text marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance and provide monthly reports
- Help maintain the company website and online listings
- Develop promotions for tires, alignments, oil changes, brakes, suspension, and other services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry, admin, or marketing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software
- Experience managing social media for a business (personal accounts don't count, but a good sign)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and switch gears in a fast-paced shop environment
- Creative eye for photos/videos is a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
