The Medical Supervisor position is a dynamic leadership role that blends medical oversight, direct care responsibilities, and operational support. As a Medical Supervisor, you will work closely with Direct Care Staff and House Managers to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
As a Medical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the home. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing medication administration, physician orders, and medical documentation.
- Coordinating medical appointments, laboratory testing, and follow-up care.
- Monitoring residents for changes in medical status, behavior, and overall well-being.
- Ensuring compliance with APD, AHCA, Medicaid, and agency requirements.
- Assisting with direct care responsibilities and supervising residents throughout the day.
- Supporting meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Participating in housekeeping and maintaining cleanliness standards within the home.
- Assisting with community outings, transportation, and resident activities.
- Communicating with physicians, pharmacies, guardians, support coordinators, and agency leadership.
- Supporting House Managers with monthly paperwork, documentation, and operational duties.
- Providing guidance, training, and support to staff members.
