About the Role
Constructeam is hiring for an entry-level Water Technician position with opportunity to grow within the company. This is a hands-on role for someone who is dependable, motivated, and interested in building a career in the restoration or construction industry.
The work is physical and performed in active job sites. It requires consistency, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with water, fire, and mold damage cleanup
- Perform water extraction, demolition, and job site cleanup
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Help move, pack, and clean contents
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Work in basements, attics, and crawl spaces as needed
- Follow safety procedures and job instructions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Professional and respectful communication on job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, construction, or general labor
- Familiarity with tools and job site environments
Work Expectations
- This is a full-time, long-term position
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are required
- Work is performed in a variety of environments and conditions

License/Certification:
