Role Overview
As a Licensed Veterinary Technician, you’ll be integral to our compassionate, client-focused team. You’ll work virtually and alongside an experienced veterinarian and have a dedicated assistant, managing around 8–10 appointments daily. We deeply respect and rely on your clinical skill set—this isn’t just technical support. You’ll be empowered to perform:
- Comprehensive patient assessments (Vitals, history, PE)
- Sample collection and preparation (use ANTECH for most labs)
- Injections, phlebotomy
- Client education (meds, telemedicine guidance, at-home care)
- Support for laser therapy, minor procedures, and urgent care
- Coordinating telemedicine follow-ups—helping clients remotely when needed

What We’re Looking For
- Active Licensed Veterinary Technician in Virginia
- Strong proficiency in nursing duties, diagnostics, and client education
- Confident communicator—both in homes and via telehealth platforms
- Compassionate, dependable, and client-oriented
- Comfortable managing a mobile schedule in the Richmond metro area
- Prior small-animal or mobile vet experience is a plus—but enthusiastic new grads welcome
