A growing regional service company is seeking a motivated and dependable Service Technician to join our team immediately. We are looking for individuals with experience in skilled trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, masonry, mechanical repair, maintenance, or related technical fields.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, a quick learner, and looking for long-term growth with a stable company.
Responsibilities
· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and basic electrical components
· Perform service calls, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance
· Work with plumbing systems, pumps, motors, valves, piping, and related equipment
· Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
· Maintain service records and communicate job updates professionally
· Travel between job sites using a company-provided vehicle
· Provide high-quality workmanship and customer service
Preferred Experience
· Electrical troubleshooting or service work
· Plumbing or pipe fitting experience
· Construction, masonry, or mechanical repair background
· Commercial maintenance or facility maintenance experience
· Experience using hand tools, diagnostic tools, and power equipment
Requirements
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
· Ability to start immediately
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Quick learner with strong work ethic
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions
· 2+ years of experience in a skilled trade or service-related field preferred.

Location Service work throughout Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.
Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
