Burger King is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Shift Leader to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, developing team members, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
As a Shift Leader, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional food quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members during assigned shifts.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain Burger King brand standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards.
- Support inventory management, cash handling, and labor controls.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- One to two years of leadership experience in a quick-service restaurant preferred.
- Previous Burger King, QSR, or restaurant management experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
