Your role is to ensure that each person feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they walk in until their last bite. Bring your excellent customer service skills and enthusiasm for hospitality to create memorable moments for every guest.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate orders and process payments using a POS system.
- Upsell menu food items and beverages.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food presentation and safety.
- Be attentive to the needs of our guests to promote a positive dining experience.
- Buss tables and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the capacity to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
