Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Mattress Builder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble high-quality mattresses by layering foam, springs, and fabrics using specialized manual and pneumatic tools. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position that requires strong attention to detail and consistent teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly: Build mattresses according to design specifications using glue guns, staple guns, and automated machinery.
- Quality Check: Inspect materials before and after construction to eliminate flaws.
- Material Handling: Safely lift, flip, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Safety & Efficiency: Maintain a clean workspace and hit daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable transportation, good attendance, and able to pass a drug screen.
