Job Overview
We're looking for an experienced BCBA to join our network of contract clinicians supporting partner agencies across the state.
In this role, you'll provide BCBA level clinical supervision and oversight in alignment with DHS and EIDBI standards. You'll work closely with agency leadership and clinical teams to support documentation accuracy, service quality, and regulatory compliance, backed by a company that handles the compliance and administrative layer so you can focus on clinical work.
This position is remote. Candidates may reside in Minnesota or out of state. Out of state candidates must obtain Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure before providing services in Minnesota, and FC Consulting can guide you through that process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) tailored to each client's needs
- Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress, modify interventions, and ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Perform behavioral psychological assessments and support autism spectrum disorders support initiatives
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate consistent care across settings
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians or paraprofessionals involved in client care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, intake reports, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct patient assessments and participate in intake processes to determine appropriate interventions
- Support home-based behavioral therapy sessions while adhering to best practices for patient care and safety
- Stay current with medical terminology, behavioral health protocols, and relevant legal requirements related to medical documentation
- Provide BCBA level clinical supervision and oversight in accordance with DHS and EIDBI requirements
Experience
- Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder
- Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavioral psychological assessments
- Experience working in home-based settings or providing direct patient care within behavioral health environments
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and documentation standards for healthcare providers
- Prior involvement in diagnostic evaluations or functional assessments for individuals with disabilities or neurodevelopmental conditions
- Strong background in special education strategies related to behavior management and intervention planning
- Knowledge of medical documentation procedures relevant to behavioral health services
License/Certification
- BCBA (Required)
- MN LBA (Required, or obtained prior to start for out of state candidates)

Pay: $74,009.70 - $102,699.85 per year
