Royal Truck Repair is a busy heavy-duty truck repair facility seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a vital role in supporting daily shop operations.
The ideal candidate will handle incoming phone calls, greet customers and drivers, schedule appointments, and create accurate repair orders. This position requires clear communication with technicians and management to ensure jobs move efficiently through the shop. You will also assist with invoicing, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records using QuickBooks Online and other shop systems.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability are essential.
