Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon management software and coordinate with nail technicians to optimize daily bookings
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and with proper phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate client records, update appointment calendars, and handle data entry tasks efficiently
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping tools
- Handle general office duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing salon supplies
- Support administrative tasks including calendar management, email correspondence, and client communication to ensure seamless salon operations
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Previous office management or front desk experience in a customer-focused environment is advantageous
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone reception and phone etiquette experience
- Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and time management skills
- Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus, especially with calendar management and bookkeeping tasks such as QuickBooks or similar software
