The ideal candidate possesses:
Good communication skills
3+ years of previous line experience preferred, 2 years required.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for 8+ hours, during shift
Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
Requires minimal supervision and training.
