Position Summary: Qualifire Farms is seeking an outgoing, dependable, and knowledgeable Cannabis Brand Ambassador to represent our products at dispensaries, promotional events, budtender education sessions, and other industry functions. This position may also assist with product deliveries to licensed dispensaries as needed.The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging with customers, dispensary staff, and industry partners. This is a part-time position offering approximately 10–15 hours per week to start, with scheduling based on business and event needs.Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Qualifire Farms brand professionally and enthusiastically.
- Conduct dispensary visits, product demonstrations, promotional events, and budtender education sessions.
- Educate budtenders and customers about company products, strains, and brand values.
- Build positive relationships with dispensary staff and account partners.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, promotional materials, and product displays.
- Assist with product deliveries to licensed dispensaries as assigned.
- Verify delivery paperwork and obtain all required signatures.
- Maintain the security and integrity of products and documentation during transportation.
- Follow all company transportation procedures and applicable Arizona cannabis regulations.
- Track completed visits, deliveries, customer feedback, contacts, and promotional activities.
- Communicate account feedback, opportunities, and concerns to management.
- Maintain a consistent schedule and arrive prepared and on time.
- Perform other brand-support, promotional, and delivery-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid, active Arizona Facility Agent Card.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Must maintain valid automobile insurance.
- Must be willing and able to travel to dispensaries and events throughout the assigned area.
- Must have a reliable phone and consistent access to email.
- Must be available for a flexible part-time schedule, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Must be dependable, professional, organized, and comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.
- Must be able to work independently, follow delivery procedures, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cannabis industry, brand ambassador, delivery, sales, marketing, or customer-service experience.
- Familiarity with Arizona dispensaries and cannabis products.
- Experience conducting product demonstrations, promotional events, or staff education.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Compensation and Hours
- Starting pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience.
- Approximately 10–15 hours per week to start.
- Hours may vary based on dispensary events, promotional needs, and scheduled deliveries.
