Organic Skin Studio is a destination for "skin-first" results. We blend clinical excellence with a holistic, minimalist aesthetic. From medical-grade treatments to quiet luxury vibes, our studio is dedicated to skin health that feels as good as it looks. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented marketing student to help tell our story through high-end video content.
The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator to own the production of our Reels and Short-Form Video content. This is a 5-hour-per-week role designed for a Marketing, Communications, or Film student or recent graduate who has a "design-first" eye and a passion for the skincare/beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Batch Shooting: Spend 2–3 hours on-site at our Sacramento studio once a week to capture raw footage of treatments, product textures, and "behind the scenes" moments.
- Carousel-style posts: Take pictures to utilize in posts
- Video Editing: Turn raw footage into 2 or 3 high-quality Reels per week using CapCut or similar app.
- Aesthetic Consistency: Maintain our signature "clinical-chic" look—neutral tones, clean lighting, and minimalist text overlays.
- Caption & SEO: Write engaging, medically-informed captions and research relevant hashtags to grow our local reach.
- Scheduling: Organize and schedule a calendar a month in advance of all campaigns.
Requirements
- Portfolio/Eye for Aesthetic: You must have a portfolio or Instagram handle showcasing a clean, minimalist, or luxury aesthetic.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in iPhone cinematography and mobile editing apps (CapCut/InShot).
- Communication: Strong written skills—you can explain a "HydraFacial" or "Barrier Repair" in a way that sounds both expert and inviting.
- Reliability: You are based in the Sacramento area and can commit to one consistent on-site shoot day per week.
