Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing rooms and common areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Make beds and change linens
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products
- Follow established procedures for maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning, floor care, and housekeeping management techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
- Good communication skills to interact with guests or residents in a professional manner
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
