TreeTops Restaurant /Wright at Polymath Park is a small business in Acme, PA. We are professional, fast-paced, customer first business. Our goal is to provide a fun and lucrative work environment while giving exceptional service and food to our guests.
We are looking for experienced servers to add to our growing team. You must have serving experience, be willing to learn and care about the customer experience. We are a fine dining restaurant, we will provide you with the tools you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with exceptional customer service in a fine dining environment.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
- Adhere to food safety and handling standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Carrying a tray of beverage and food offerings throughout the restaurant.
Physical Requirements
- Handling, carrying or lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather on a regular basis.
