Job description:
We’re a busy, friendly nail & lash salon looking for a reliable, motivated, and creative receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and has an eye for social media content.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have dependable transportation
- Weekend availability is required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Social media experience is a must (Instagram, Reels, Stories)
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and assisting clients
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Processing payments
- Taking photos and videos of nail/lash work
- Creating reels, stories, and simple templates
- Posting content following salon guidelines
- Supporting the salon team as needed
