What You’ll Do:
- Connect with veterans and their families to educate them on their life insurance options
- Customize policy solutions based on each family's unique needs and goals
- Guide clients with empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve
- Manage your own schedule and sales pipeline while following compliance standards (including HIPAA)
- Collaborate with a supportive team that shares your passion for helping those who’ve served

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales, insurance, customer service, or a related field is a plus — but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to serve the veteran community
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Must be coachable and willing to learn
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a life insurance license (if not already licensed)
Compensation:
- 100% Commission-Based – Unlimited earning potential
- Many of our agents earn $20k-$40k monthly, depending on effort, consistency, and drive
