As an AT&T Team Member, you will receive comprehensive training focused on AT&T connectivity, including wireless devices and Fiber Internet. The AT&T Team Member will then engage in conversations, guide customers through available services, support decisions, and maintain a consistent and professional experience.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member
- Conduct assessments to show customers how AT&T Fiber products and services can benefit their needs.
- Identify opportunities for enrollment by talking to customers and discussing the benefits of the nation’s most reliable fiber network.
- Present the latest AT&T devices in a way that makes upgrading simple and exciting for every customer.
- Guide customers through an enrollment process, ensuring their transition to a better connection is handled with care.
- Contribute to the firm’s targets by being a visible and helpful presence for San Antonio customers looking to modernize their tech.
Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Background in customer support is a plus.
- Comfortable simplifying AT&T connectivity plan and device options.
- Reliable and organized when balancing account care with daily outreach.
- Skilled at recognizing when an account is ready for wireless or Fiber upgrades.
Pay: $3,850.00 - $4,700.00 per month
