Job Description:
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist homeowners/builders/designers/fabricators in the selection of tile, sinks, tools, and slabs (countertops) for their projects
Connect with customers by asking open-ended questions to assess customers' needs to make relevant merchandise/design suggestions
Maintain the appearance and organization of products in the showroom
Complete quotes, sales transactions, and processing of payments promptly
Stay current on all product knowledge to better communicate features and benefits to help build customer knowledge and confidence in our products
Practice customer focus, collaboration, and communication with team members
Responsible for meeting monthly sales goals
Assist the Branch Manager in designing and maintaining a world-class sales team
Mentor other members of the design sales team on sales skills and product knowledge
Ensure the design sales team is delivering an unparalleled customer service experience
