OVERVIEW
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented team member to manage our office/front desk at the Barnsley Resort Shooting Grounds. At the Shooting Grounds, we provide guests with many outdoor experiences including clay shooting, wing shooting, trail riding, and long-range shooting. As the office assistant, you will serve a vital role in customer service and engagement, as this will be the first person that the customer interacts with. This person will be responsible for, checking in guests for their shooting activities and taking payment at the conclusion of their activities. Additionally, this role will entail answering the phone, making reservations for future guests, calling guests in advance to confirm reservations, conducting retail transactions for all retail items, completing monthly inventory for retail items, and maintaining a clean and presentable environment in the retail shop/front desk area.
Summary:
- Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with Barnsley Resorts values and standards of service.
- Check-in all guests for each activity as soon as they arrive at the Shooting Grounds and take payment at the conclusion of their activity.
- Take all phone calls for the Shooting Grounds and be able to answer all questions that guests may have regarding our activities and making reservations.
- Correctly input guest reservations into our booking system with all necessary contact information for the guest.
- Conduct retail transactions for all retail shop items and record monthly inventory of all retail items.
- Maintain a clean and presentable environment in the retail shop/front desk area.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
- Must be able to work most weekends
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
