Katz Properties, Inc. Is looking to hire a Groundskeeper/cleaner for several properties in the North Shore Area.
Our ideal candidate will have groundskeeping experience and be a motivated self-starter!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, overall upkeep of the lawncare, trash pick up, upkeep of garages (power washing, spill clean up, etc) and removal of old appliances, furniture, and old cabinets and flooring from remodeled apartments.
Hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm.
Driver's license with clean driving record required.
