Deli Cook / Kitchen Team Member – Premium Neighborhood Market & Café (Bel-Air)
Pay: $20–28 per hour DOE
Please apply only if you have at least one year of recent experience working in a deli, commercial kitchen, restaurant, café, grocery prepared foods department, or similar fresh-food environment. Applicants without relevant food preparation experience will not be considered.
Jayde's Market is a premium neighborhood market, café, deli, bakery, and wine shop serving the Bel-Air community. We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and hospitality-driven Deli Cook / Kitchen Team Member to help prepare exceptional fresh food and maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, wraps, breakfast items, and other fresh deli offerings.
- Follow recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist with daily food preparation, production, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the day.
- Assist guests with deli orders and provide friendly customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen, café, and market teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications

- Minimum one year of recent deli, restaurant, café, grocery prepared foods, or commercial kitchen experience required.
- Comfortable preparing fresh food in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Weekend availability required.
