Can efficiently use a screw gun, reciprocating saw, skill saw and hammer drill.
Can identify and use the various types of roofing demo tools (bulldog, pry bar, shovel, etc.).
Can identify and install different types of insulation (ISO, flat & tapered, Wood Fiber, Gypsum, etc.).
Can identify and install the different types of fasteners/plates (AP, HD fasteners, Insulation/Seam Plates, etc.).
Can identify different types of TPO material and properly install it (Mechanically Attached, Fully Adhered, etc.).
Can identify different types of Modified Membranes and properly install them (Base, Cap, Veral, mopped, torch, cold applied, etc.).
Knows the difference between Termination Bar and Batten Bar and can properly install them.
Can identify the different types of adhesives and knows which materials they go with and how to apply them (Bonding Adhesive, Cold Process SBS, Quick Prime, etc.).
Can identify the different types of sealants and knows which materials they go with and how to apply them (Cut Edge, Waterbock, GP Sealant, etc.).
Install Flashings (Torch, Mopped, Adhered, Liquid Flashing, etc.…) and can properly flash walls, curbs and penetrations.
Heat Welding (Hand Welder, Robot Welder, etc.….) and knows how to properly clean and weld TPO/PVC membrane laps, patches, etc.
Equipment (Forklift, Kettle, Pace Cart, Rhino Bond, etc…) and knows how to properly operate equipment.
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
