Duties:
-
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues on manufacturing equipment
-
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
-
Assist with the repair, replacement, and alignment of machine components, including spindles, bearings, motors, belts, gears, pumps, and other mechanical systems
-
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including motors, drives, sensors, relays, contactors, and control circuits
-
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals to support maintenance and repair activities
-
Install, modify, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and controls in accordance with applicable codes, safety standards, and company policies
-
Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
-
Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment to complete maintenance tasks
-
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
-
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Technical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanical Technology, Electrical Systems, or a related field

Experience troubleshooting and repairing PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
-
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment
-
Demonstrated ability to diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes
-
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-
Good communication skills and attention to detail
-
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
