Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure accuracy
- Prepare food items following established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Pack food efficiently for takeout or delivery orders while maintaining proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and packing stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workspaces, and restocking supplies as needed to support smooth operations
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong skills in cash handling, basic math, and retail math to manage transactions accurately
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in food setting is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities
