Scope
The ideal Franchise Sales Consultant will identify prospective franchise purchasers, helps them understand the Brightway model, qualifies them and closes the sale with a signed contract. Help drive our sales and grow the business within the Franchise Sales department. You will be the external face of Brightway and directly responsible for adding franchises and growing our Brightway business!

Job Responsibilities
Understands the business, the profile of a successful franchisee, and our sales process, identifies, works, and manages potential sources of franchisees
Identifies and re-engages current dormant prospect opportunities, providing timely disposition of timing considerations, focusing on states where we have a stronger market alignment and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
Skills, Licenses, Certifications
Superior customer service mindset; a desire and ability to deliver service that provides a high level of satisfaction
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and must be comfortable with Salesforce and other CRM’s
Superior interpersonal skills
Ability to cold call and B2B sales
5+ years of relevant industry experience
Insurance P&C a Plus but not required
Excellent verbal and written communicator; must be able to convey ideas in a clear and concise manner
Excellent independent judgment and decision making
Understanding of Brightway systems; regularly updates activities accurately
Ability to learn, embrace and put into practice new concepts and skills
Superior ability to manage own time, activities and resources; models behavior for others
Can demonstrate Brightway values of Smart, Accountable and Trustworthy.
Education and Experience
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and 5 years experience in a related field.
This position is a remote role, however ideally located in Dallas, Houston or Charlotte.
