*Job Overview*
We are seeking a front of house employee who would be able to serve many roles. The job requires someone who has barista experience, who would be able to make requested coffee orders. The position also requires someone who is able to work in the EXPO capacity to help get food out efficiently and according to accurate menu description. The candidate must also be willing to work other FOH job duties. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. You must be able to collaborate with kitchen staff and front house staff to ensure smooth service and a memorable guest experience.
*Responsibilities*
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes
- Operate POS systems to process and run customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly manner
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and increase revenue
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
*Requirements*
-2 years minimum prior experience in coffee preparation and service is required
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Must be reliable, punctual and dedicated to providing exceptional service to guests
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in work environment
