This is an in-office position in Noblesville, IN. This is NOT a work-from-home role.

We are a national Medicare insurance agency licensed in all 50 states. This role provides back-end policy support to our existing clients. You are not selling. Your day is spent reaching out to current clients, answering questions about their coverage, resolving problems, and helping them with rate comparisons. Compensation and schedule:
- Guaranteed base pay of $20.00 per hour (W-2 employee, not commission)
- Full-time, in-office: Monday–Thursday 8:45am–6:00pm, Friday 8:45am–5:00pm

What we're looking for:
- 2–3 years of office or customer service experience with strong phone skills
- A stable work history
- Comfortable typing, using email, and navigating web applications (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Friendly, patient, and reliable on the phone throughout the day
- Able to work some overtime and occasional Saturdays during fall Medicare enrollment
- Located in or able to commute to our Noblesville, IN office
- Able to pass a standard background check
