Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff of this health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted, and consecutive days off during holiday periods are unlikely to be approved

RTO must be spread out and not clustered around holiday dates
