Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manufacturing Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with energy and precision. Duties
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of manufacturing operations, including assembly, production management, and plant management to meet quality standards and delivery schedules
- Develop and implement production plans using ERP systems such as SAP and MRP to ensure optimal resource utilization and inventory control
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles, process improvement strategies, and waste reduction techniques
- Monitor key performance indicators related to quality control, supply chain management, and operations management to identify areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to analyze supply chain logistics, manage procurement processes, and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the manufacturing facility
- Manage cross-functional teams by providing guidance on mechanical knowledge, manufacturing best practices, and team development
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management or manufacturing leadership roles within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms; familiarity with MRP systems is essential
- Expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies, process improvement techniques, and quality control standards
- Solid understanding of supply chain analytics, supply chain management practices, and operations management principles
- Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in plant management or assembly processes is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
