Introduction: We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Production Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the quality of our products, ensuring proper packaging, and supporting the production process. As part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Inspect and evaluate products to ensure they meet quality standards, checking for defects, inconsistencies, or contamination.
- Machine Operation: Operate production equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring proper functionality and addressing any malfunctions.
- Packing Orders: Accurately pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly and efficiently.
- Package Handling: Safely handle, label, and store packages according to company guidelines.
- Physical Demands: Lift up to 40 lbs regularly, ensuring safe lifting and handling of products throughout the production process.
- Standing/Sitting for Long Periods: Be prepared to stand or sit for extended periods while performing duties in a production environment.
- Stickering: Perform tasks related to packaging and labeling, including precise product placement and sealing.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Consistently wear required PPE, including gloves, masks, and other safety gear, in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/sit for long periods.
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to inspect and verify product quality.
- Comfortable operating machinery and learning new processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
