Compensation: $18.00–$25.00/hour DOE
Location: Bossier City or Shreveport, LA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday; schedule may vary depending on location and job assignment
Start your day reviewing blueprints and fabrication drawings, planning each build for accuracy and efficiency. You’ll gather materials, measure precisely, and prepare stock by cutting, drilling, grinding, and fitting. You’ll set up the right process for the job—MIG, TIG, or Stick—complete with wire and gas changes, then lay down clean, consistent welds. Throughout the shift, you’ll verify first-piece and finished parts against specifications using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges. You’ll help move and stage materials, keep equipment dialed in, perform basic maintenance, and maintain a clean, hazard‑free work area. Safety and PPE are non‑negotiable, and quality standards guide every step.
