The Position
We are seeking a dependable and experienced nurse who wants to become a long-term part of our clinical team.
This is a hands-on, patient-facing position in a high-demand clinical environment. New therapies, technologies, protocols, ideas, and improvement initiatives are introduced regularly. The right person must be able to remain focused, organized, professional, and adaptable while continuing to provide safe and personable patient care.
Primary Responsibilities
- Administer and monitor IV therapies.
- Perform venipuncture, laboratory draws, and specimen preparation.
- Explain laboratory kits and collection instructions to patients.
- Provide patient education regarding treatments and next steps.
- Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
- Administer and support integrative therapies after completing the required training.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
- Communicate patient information and clinical handoffs appropriately.
- Help maintain organized, prepared, and adequately stocked treatment areas.
- Participate in continued education and the implementation of new clinical protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience with IV insertion, infusion monitoring, venipuncture, and laboratory draws.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional patient communication.
- Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a busy clinical environment.
- Willingness and ability to learn new treatments, technologies, and protocols.
- Consistent availability to work 32–40 hours per week during established clinic hours.
Experience in integrative or functional medicine is preferred but not required for a candidate with strong clinical fundamentals and a genuine desire to learn.
