Heartland Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric clinic providing speech and occupational therapy services in a warm, family-centered environment. As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, team support, and providing high-quality pediatric care.

Responsibilities
- Provide evaluations and individualized speech-language therapy to pediatric clients
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's unique needs
- Collaborate with other therapists, physicians, educators, and professionals as appropriate
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
- Educate and support families regarding treatment goals and home practice strategies
- Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Kansas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children and families in a play-based, family-centered setting
