Dent Mechanic Group (DMG) is seeking ambitious, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Hail Damage Repair Sales Representatives throughout the DFW area.
This is a field-based sales position focused on helping vehicle owners navigate the hail repair process. No automotive repair experience is required, and no repair work is performed in this role.

Compensation & Benefits
- Paid onboarding program with hands-on training
- Weekly base pay of $400
- Competitive commission structure with weekly payouts (12.25%)

What You'll Do
- Meet directly with vehicle owners to discuss hail damage repair options
- Educate customers on the insurance claim and repair process
- Identify qualified vehicles and schedule repair consultations
- Guide customers through required paperwork and authorization forms
- Build and maintain relationships with customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport quickly
- Sales, customer service, marketing, or outreach experience is helpful but not required
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
