We are currently seeking an Entry Level AT&T Assistant team member to support our AT&T sales services and contribute to our continued success. This Entry Level AT&T Assistant role focuses on engaging directly with customers, promoting wireless products and services, generating new business opportunities, and helping achieve sales goals. The ideal Entry Level AT&T Assistant candidate is outgoing, motivated, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Entry Level AT&T Assistant Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in face-to-face interactions to promote AT&T products and services and complete sales transactions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending appropriate wireless solutions.
- Educate customers on available promotions, product features, pricing plans, and service options.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer outreach and daily sales activities.
- Process customer enrollments, service activations, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed on current AT&T products, services, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
Entry Level AT&T Assistant Qualifications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service, retail, sales, or customer facing experience is a plus, but not required.
