Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have good attention to detail, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean surfaces as needed.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other supplies.
- Restock cleaning and guest supplies.
- Properly handle and store cleaning products and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and health and safety standards.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with guests, customers, and coworkers.
- Complete assigned cleaning duties within the required time.
- Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
