Job Summary

Duties
- Engage in proactive prospecting through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase roofing solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features and benefits.
- Develop and manage territory accounts by nurturing existing relationships and expanding your client base through strategic outreach.
- Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness within your territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, offering solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships for repeat business.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in outside sales, business development, or management roles within the roofing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct product demos and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect new clients through cold calling or direct outreach efforts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment while maintaining motivation and discipline.
- Previous experience in retail sales, technical sales, or B2B environments is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners.
