We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Construction Laborer to join our team and drive the successful execution of construction projects. Duties
- Lead and supervise construction labor crews on-site, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction processes.
- Utilize construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, safety incidents, material usage, and equipment maintenance using tools like Ohmmeter and construction site management systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site supervision with strong leadership skills in managing teams.
- Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Primavera for scheduling and documentation.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including use of Ohmmeter for electrical testing.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices on construction sites.
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, contracts management, and construction estimating.
- Supervising experience in large-scale projects involving pipelines or infrastructure development preferred.
