il Granito is Dallas' premier luxury residential stone fabricator, specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of custom natural stone for many of the most distinguished homes in Texas. We partner with leading custom home builders, architects, interior designers, and homeowners to create one-of-a-kind kitchens, baths, fireplaces, outdoor living spaces, and architectural stone features.
The Internal Project Manager is a key member of our Project Management team and works directly with our Senior Project Manager to coordinate luxury residential stone projects from contract through fabrication and installation. This position plays a critical role in the successful execution of some of the finest custom homes in Texas.
This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) that works closely with our project management, templating, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate luxury residential stone projects from approval through final installation.
- Track slab inventory, material reservations, sinks, and specialty products.
- Create digital slab layouts using T-Match and coordinate client approvals.
- Prepare template packets and fabrication production packets.
- Coordinate schedules with builders, designers, homeowners, vendors, and installation teams.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, T-Match, Moraware, CounterGo, OwnCloud, and other company software to manage project information.
- Assist with showroom appointments, slab viewings, client meetings, and project coordination as needed.
- Monitor project schedules and proactively identify potential issues before they impact production.
- Work closely with our template technicians, fabrication shop, installation teams, and project managers to ensure projects move efficiently through every stage.
- Help develop and improve project management systems and workflows as il Granito continues to grow.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury residential construction is strongly preferred.
- Experience in custom stone fabrication, cabinetry, millwork, architectural products, interior design, or high-end residential construction.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and other business software.
- Experience with Moraware, T-Match, or similar project management software is a plus.
- Ability to read architectural plans, elevations, cabinet shop drawings, and construction details.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
- Ideally, it should be bilingual, but it’s not required.
