Summary/Objective
Self-motivated sewing professional with experience working with various textures.
Essential Job Duties
- Start machinery at the beginning of a shift and test it for proper functionality.
- Address any discrepancies or problems faced during the testing period.
- Draw threads through needles and adjust machine functions to meet the requirements of the sewing project.
- Position materials under needles to sew them together.
- Observe operations to detect any faults or defects in stitching.
- Notify supervisor of any problems or discrepancies during the sewing process
- Be able to provide support to the manufacturing department when needed.
Requirements
- 1 Year work experience as a seamstress
- Working Conditions: Frequent standing, walking, and bending*
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check prior to employment .*
Basic Qualifications
- Able to multitask.
- Team player.
- Detail Oriented. Must continuously produce accurate work.
- Self-motivated. Must be able to work independently and in a small group setting. Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision on a daily basis.
- Wiling to adapt to a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
