We are currently seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join our team.
The Role
The Senior Litigation Associate will handle a dynamic caseload with a focus on product liability and transportation-related defense litigation. This position offers substantial responsibility and courtroom exposure, including:
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions in state and federal courts
- Managing case strategy and day-to-day litigation activity
- Collaborating directly with partners and clients on complex matters
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, exemplary attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to providing unparalleled client service.
Qualifications
- Three to five or more years of defense litigation experience
- Licensed to practice in Missouri (Illinois licensure preferred)
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in product liability and transportation litigation
- Exceptional analytical and legal writing skills
- Experience with depositions and dispositive motion practice in state and federal courts
