In this position, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, providing crucial support to customers and internal teams. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring efficient coordination, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining the highest standards or order management.
THE BASICS:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
- Location: Ephrata, PA (onsite)
WHAT YOU DO:
- Process customer logistics orders and service requests accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customers’ orders and requests
- Ensure on time and accurate invoice of orders
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures
- Provide training for Logistics Coordinators
- Assist managers with daily audit processes
- Report on the team’s performance weekly
- Lead the account management team
- Provide on call weekend support as needed
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Previous customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, etc.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and have high attention to detail
- Ability to perform well and effectively collaborate with others in a team-based environment
- Broad-based computer skills
- Adequate verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
