Roselane Health Center is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Unit Manager – Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team.
As a Unit Manager, you will provide clinical leadership, oversee resident care, support nursing staff, and help ensure the highest quality outcomes for our residents.
Supervise the delivery of medications and treatments while providing oversight and support to RN/LPN Charge Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Medication Aides, where applicable.
Complete required admission assessments and ongoing resident assessments.
Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes, ensuring resident safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
Oversee and support activities of daily living (ADLs).
Ensure accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families.
Maintain compliance with infection prevention protocols and all state and federal regulations.
Promote quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care.
Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the State of Georgia.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred.
Prior supervisory or Unit Manager experience is preferred but not required.
Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
