Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist with Ridgeway Rehab Center, you will have the opportunity to:
Design and implement individualized therapy programs to help our guests regain strength, mobility, and independence
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Help guests achieve their therapy goals and maintain dignity, respect, and positivity throughout their care
Create discharge plans that promote long-term success and independence
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
Valid State License
Passion for helping people recover and regain independence
Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical therapy treatments with energy and enthusiasm
Sense of humor and ability to work effectively in a team environment
